Want to show in the Gallery?
The Urbandale Public Library at 3520 86th street opened an Art Gallery March of 2013. The gallery has over 120 running feet of hanging space with lighting and a professional, flexible hanging system. We also have several glass cases for display of small to medium-sized 3-dimensional works as well! The gallery is located at the front of the library, surrounded by the public meeting rooms. This is a very high traffic area. Most shows last four to six weeks. These can be group shows or individual shows of artists from the metro and surrounding area. If you would like to be considered for display in the gallery, please fill out the form below. We jury all submissions in the early fall for consideration for the following year. Please apply at your convenience.
After submitting this form, please also email a couple of images of your work to [email protected] or include a website address where art can be viewed.
For your information, you can see a sample of our policies, contract and welcome letter, using the buttons below; which will be required if we display your work in the gallery.
Thank you
