Ron Durnavich is a Des Moines native and is artistically rooted in the Des Moines Art Center, Drake, and Grandview. Cindy Skeie's photography gets up close and personal with nature literally.  Her macro photography takes the nature we see everyday and elevates it to a almost surreal world of dew drops, plants, animals, and fungus.  Intensely close and beautiful.

On May 20th there will be an Opening for the Urbandale High School End of Year Art Show form 5 - 7 at the Urbandale Public Library Art Gallery.  Locate at the Urbandale Public Library.  Everyone is invited to attend and see a nice sampling of some of the great art produced during the 2012-2013 school year.  Due to limited space, this is just a sampling from several different disciplines. We wish we could include works from every art student, but that task would be both daunting and too massive to be contained within the gallery.
